隧道二次衬砌拱顶带模注浆工艺效果评价

Effect evaluation of grouting technology with formwork on vault of tunnel secondary lining

隧道拱顶空洞是隧道施工中难以避免的一种病害缺陷,如不能及时消除,将给后期运营带来极大的安全风险。以崇礼隧道为对象,采用检测对比的方法,对其未实施衬砌拱顶带模注浆工艺和实施衬砌拱顶带模注浆工艺进行对比分析评价,结果表明,采用衬砌拱顶带模注浆工艺能有效减少拱顶的空洞缺陷。

Tunnel vault void is an unavoidable disadvantage in tunnel construction.If it cannot be eliminated in time,it will bring great safety risks to later operations.This paper takes the Chongli tunnel as the object,adopts the method of detection and comparison,comparative analysis and evaluation of the grouting technology with formwork or not use grouting technology with formwork on vault of tunnel secondary lining.The result show that the lining vault belt mold grouting technology can effectively reduce the vault voids.
