摘要
随着YHG-1200的广泛应用,焊接过程中的不可控因素逐渐显现,尤其是焊接接头的型检检验中的落锤试验结果难以把握。不同的钢轨母材工艺要求不尽相同,稳定的焊接工艺需要进行上千次落锤检验才可获得。根据工艺试验,对YHG-1200TH焊机更换晶闸管后,焊接邯郸U75VG高速轨工艺变化作出分析,并提出一些焊接方法。
With the widespread use of YHG-1200,the uncontrollable factors in the welding process gradually emerged,especially the type of welded joints in the inspection test results of the drop hammer test is difficult to grasp.Different rail parent material process requirements vary,stable welding process requires thousands of drop hammer inspection to obtain.According to the technology test,after replacing the thyristor of YHG-1200TH welding machine,this paper analyzes the changes in the process of welding Handan U75VG high-speed rail and proposes some welding methods.
