分析了行政事业单位预算管理现状,指出了目前行政事业单位包括预算管理意识树立、机构设置、制度建设、预算编制与下达、预算绩效考核与评价等多方面工作存在的不足,针对存在的主要问题提出了加强行政事业单位预算管理的相关对策与建议。

This paper analyzes the current situation of budget management in administrative institutions,points out the shortcomings of current administrative institutions,including the establishment of budget management awareness,institutional setting,system construction,budget preparation and release,budget performance appraisal and evaluation,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the budget management of administrative institutions.
