摘要
三相电能表检定装置广泛应用于法定计量检定机构和授权计量技术机构中。使用三相电能表检定装置开展电能表检定的过程中,软件无法响应、电流I保护报警、过载报警、开路报警、短路报警等异常现象时有发生,本文对此类异常现象结合具体实例进行分析研究,总结出不同异常状态下检定装置的故障表现形式,提出科学的解决对策,用详实的案例指导检定人员第一时间找出故障根源并排除,对实现电能表的高效检定极具现实意义。同时电能表检定装置生产企业依此研究改进生产工艺,有助于提高产品质量,降低故障率。
The verification device of three-phase electric energy meter is widely used in legal metrological verification institutions and authorized metrological technical institutions.In the process of using three-phase electric energy meter verification device to carry out watt hour meter verification,abnormal phenomena such as software failure response,current I protection alarm,overload alarm,open circuit alarm,short circuit alarm occur from time to time.This paper analyzes and studies these abnormal phenomena combined with specific examples,summarizes the fault manifestations of verification device under different abnormal states,and puts forward scientific solutions,It is of great practical significance to guide the verification personnel to find out the root cause of the fault and eliminate it in the first time with detailed case.At the same time,energy meter verification device manufacturers improve the production process according to this research,which is helpful to improve the product quality and reduce the failure rate.
