一种位标器综合测试系统设计

摘要 针对位标器在生产调试、检验中的标定和测试需求,介绍了一种位标器综合测试系统。该测试系统配有高精度桌面转台和大理石稳定平台,转台定位精度可达±0.0005°,可以准确快速地模拟飞行器紧急调转等飞行姿态。测试系统通过电气控制及数据采集系统控制位标器运动,并实时采集、分析、存储位标器工作过程中的φ角线圈输出信号等各项指标信息。同时,该系统还具备自动测试功能,可根据选定测试项目自动完成位标器的陀螺跟踪场测试等8项测试任务。目前该测试系统已成功应用于位标器的指标检查及性能评定,提高了位标器生产测试效率。 Aiming at the calibration and test requirements of the coordinator in production,debugging and inspection,an integrated test system for coordinator is introduced in this paper.The test system is equipped with a high-precision desktop turntable and a marble stable platform.The positioning accuracy of the turntable can reach ±0.0005°,which can accurately and quickly simulate the flight attitude of the aircraft such as emergency maneuvers.The test system controls the movement of the coordinator through the electrical control and data acquisition system,and collects,analyzes and stores various indicator information such as the φ-angle coil output signal during the work of the marker in real time.At the same time,the system also has the automatic test function,which can automatically complete 8 test tasks such as the gyroscope tracking field test of the marker according to the selected test items.At present,the test system has been successfully applied to the indicator checking and performance evaluation of the coordinator,which improves the production test efficiency of the coordinator.
