摘要
钛合金粉末冶金热等静压技术的出现,打破了钛合金原有的铸造、锻造的技术路线,进一步提高了钛合金材料的力学性能,提高了材料利用率并加快了产品生产周期。本文系统的介绍了钛合金粉末冶金热等静压的技术特点、粉末制备、致密化过程及模拟现状,并对国内外的发展应用进行了简要总结,提出了该技术的发展趋势。
The emergence of titanium alloy powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing technology broke the original technical route of titanium alloy casting and forging,improved the mechanical properties of titanium alloy materials,increased the material utilization rate and accelerated the product production cycle.This paper systematically introduces the technical characteristics,powder preparation,densification process and simulation status of titanium alloy powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing,summarizes the development and application at home and abroad,and proposes the development trend of this technology.
