摘要 目的分析白细胞检测在呼吸道感染中的临床价值。方法对100例呼吸道感染儿童的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据感染部位将患儿分为上呼吸道感染组(56例)和下呼吸道感染组(44例),选取同期本院的100例健康体检儿童作为对照组。三组均行白细胞计数检测。比较三组白细胞计数;比较不同病原体感染患儿治疗前后的白细胞计数。结果上呼吸道感染组白细胞计数(8.4±3.2)×10^(9)/L和下呼吸道感染组白细胞计数(8.6±3.1)×10^(9)/L均明显高于对照组的(6.5±1.5)×10^(9)/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上呼吸道感染组与下呼吸道感染组的白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。细菌感染患儿治疗后白细胞计数(7.3±0.6)×10^(9)/L明显低于治疗前的(11.1±2.7)×10^(9)/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);病毒感染与支原体感染患儿治疗前后白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸道感染患儿存在白细胞计数升高的特征,通过白细胞检测对于病原体鉴别以及细菌引起的呼吸道感染治疗评估具有重要的现实意义,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of white blood cell detection in respiratory tract infection.Methods The clinical data of 100 children with respiratory tract infection were retrospectively analyzed,and the children were divided into upper respiratory tract infection group(56 cases)and lower respiratory tract infection group(44 cases)according to the site of infection,and 100 healthy children in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All three groups were examined for white blood cell count.Comparison was made on the white blood cell counts of the three groups,and the white blood cell counts of children with different pathogen infections before and after treatment.Results The white blood cell count were(8.4±3.2)×10^(9)/L and(8.6±3.1)×10^(9)/L in the upper respiratory tract infection group and lower respiratory tract infection group,which were significantly higher than(6.5±1.5)×10^(9)/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the white blood cell counts between the upper respiratory tract infection group and the lower respiratory tract infection group(P>0.05).For children with bacterial infection,the white blood cell count(7.3±0.6)×10^(9)/L after treatment was significantly lower than(11.1±2.7)×10^(9)/L before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in white blood cell counts of children with virus infection and children with mycoplasma infection before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The white blood cell counts of children with respiratory tract infection is increased.It is of great practical significance to identify pathogens and evaluate the treatment of respiratory tract infection caused by bacteria,which is worthy of promotion and application.
