摘要
目的研究三踝骨折治疗过程中应用组合式踝关节三维骨科牵引固定架的效果。方法60例三踝骨折患者,采用掷骰子法随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组采用组合式踝关节三维骨科牵引固定架治疗,对照组采用常规手术切开复位内固定治疗。对比两组并发症发生率、各项手术指标。结果研究组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间(41.13±4.69)min、住院时间(6.28±2.32)d短于对照组的(57.24±5.36)min、(15.21±3.56)d,术中出血量(20.49±3.17)ml少于对照组的(35.47±3.53)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗三踝骨折的过程中应用组合式踝关节三维骨科牵引固定架能够有效降低术后并发症发生率,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,有利于促进患者术后身体的恢复,效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of combined ankle joint three-dimensional orthopedic traction fixator on Cotton’s fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with Cotton’s fracture were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The research group was treated with combined ankle joint three-dimensional orthopedic traction fixator,and the control group was treated with conventional surgical open reduction and internal fixation.The incidence of complications and various surgical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of the research group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(41.13±4.69)min and hospitalization time(6.28±2.32)d of the research group were shorter than(57.24±5.36)min and(15.21±3.56)d of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss(20.49±3.17)ml was less than(35.47±3.53)ml of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined ankle three-dimensional orthopedic traction fixator has remarkable effect on patients with Cotton’s fractures,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and help patients recover after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
