阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效探讨

Clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Tanreqing on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的分析阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法50例小儿MPP患儿,按随机数字表法分为单药组和联合组,每组25例。单药组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗,联合组在单药组基础上增加痰热清治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后炎症因子、肺功能指标及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6、FVC、FEV1水平均优于治疗前,且联合组hs-CRP(7.10±1.12)mg/L、IL-6(61.01±2.24)pg/ml、FVC(3.74±1.21)L、FEV1(3.23±0.34)L优于单药组的(9.01±1.52)mg/L、(121.55±2.21)pg/ml、(2.44±1.11)L、(2.43±0.24)L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率100.00%高于单药组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程未发生不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿MPP的临床效果确切,安全有效,且可有效改善患儿肺部炎症和肺功能指标。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with Tanreqing on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 50 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into single group and combination group according to random numerical table,with 25 caes in each group.Patients in the single group were treated with azithromycin,and patients in the combination group were treated with Tanreqing on the basis of single group.The inflammatory factors and lung function indexes before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6,FVC,and FEV1 levels in both groups were better than those before treatment,and hs-CRP(7.10±1.12)mg/L,IL-6(61.01±2.24)pg/ml,FVC(3.74±1.21)L,and FEV1(3.23±0.34)L in the combination group were better than(9.01±1.52)mg/L,(121.55±2.21)pg/ml,(2.44±1.11)L,and(2.43±0.24)L in the single group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 100.00%in the combination group was higher than 76.00%in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Combination of azithromycin and Tanreqing has definite clinical effect on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.It is safe and effective,and can effectively improve pulmonary inflammation and pulmonary function indexes.
