奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案对高龄胃癌的治疗效果探讨

Effect of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur chemotherapy on elderly patients with gastric cancer

目的观察奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案对高龄胃癌的治疗效果。方法54例高龄胃癌患者,依据治疗方法不同将患者分为实验组与对照组,各27例。对照组患者应用奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗。实验组患者应用奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个周期后免疫指标变化情况及治疗1个周期后临床疗效。结果治疗1个周期后,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于本组治疗前,且实验组CD3^(+)(68.23±2.41)%、CD4^(+)(38.41±2.45)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.95±0.13),高于对照组的(64.23±2.39)%、(30.05±2.42)%、(1.12±0.11),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为59.26%,高于对照组的29.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄胃癌患者奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗方案治疗效果显著优于奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶化疗方案。

Objective To observe the effect of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur chemotherapy on elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 54 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 27 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oxaliplatin,calcium folinate and 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy,and patients in the experimental group were treated with oxaliplatin and tegafur chemotherapy.The changes of immune indexes before treatment and after 1 cycle of treatment,and the clinical efficacy after 1 cycle of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 cycle of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the CD3^(+)(68.23±2.41)%,CD4^(+)(38.41±2.45)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.95±0.13)in the experimental group were higher than(64.23±2.39)%,(30.05±2.42)%,(1.12±0.11)in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 59.26%,which was higher than 29.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of oxaliplatin and tegafur chemotherapy is significantly better than that of oxaliplatin,calcium folinate and 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy in elderly patients with gastric cancer.
