小剂量奥美拉唑结合帕罗西汀在功能性消化不良治疗中的应用

Application of low-dose omeprazole combined with paroxetine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨小剂量奥美拉唑结合帕罗西汀在功能性消化不良治疗当中的应用效果。方法90例功能性消化不良患者,根据治疗方式不同分为基础治疗组与综合治疗组,每组45例。基础治疗组采用小剂量的奥美拉唑进行治疗,综合治疗组采用小剂量奥美拉唑联合帕罗西汀进行治疗。比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果综合治疗组治疗总有效率为97.8%,高于基础治疗组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合治疗组不良反应发生率为4.4%,低于基础治疗组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在功能性消化不良的治疗当中,采用小剂量奥美拉唑联合帕罗西汀药物进行治疗,可以有效提高临床的治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,促进患者的后期愈合。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of low-dose omeprazole combined with paroxetine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 90 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into basic treatment group and comprehensive treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.Basic treatment group was treated with low-dose omeprazole,and comprehensive treatment group was treated with low-dose omeprazole and paroxetine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the comprehensive treatment group was 97.8%,which was higher than 80.0%in the basic treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the comprehensive treatment group was 4.4%,which was lower than 20.0%in the basic treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,the use of low-dose omeprazole in combination with paroxetine can effectively improve the clinical effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the late healing of patients.
