腹泻患儿应用金双歧联合思密达治疗的有效性分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of the treatment of diarrhea in children with Golden Bifid combined with Smecta treatment

目的分析腹泻患儿应用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(商品名:金双歧)联合蒙脱石散(商品名:思密达)治疗的有效性。方法64例腹泻患儿,按照抛硬币法分为参照组和实验组,每组32例。两组患儿入院后均需进行常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上,参照组患儿使用思密达治疗,实验组患儿使用金双歧联合思密达治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后症状恢复情况、治疗后疗效。结果实验组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于参照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的退热时间为(1.45±1.14)d、腹痛消失时间为(1.39±0.57)d、腹泻停止时间为(2.85±0.84)d,均短于于参照组的(2.68±1.36)、(2.82±0.93)、(4.29±1.21)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对腹泻患儿进行临床治疗时,使用金双歧联合思密达治疗能够有效改善患儿的腹泻情况,促进患儿恢复健康,提高治疗总有效率,建议推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the treatment of diarrhea in children with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets(trade name:Golden Bifid)combined with montmorillonite powder(trade name:Smecta)treatment.Methods A total of 64 children with diarrhea were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to coin-tossing method,with 32 cases in each group.After admission,both groups were treated with conventional anti-infective treatment.On this basis,children in the reference group were treated with Smecta,and the children in the experimental group were treated with Golden Bifid and Smecta.The recovery of symptoms and clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate for the children in the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than 75.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the antipyretic time was(1.45±1.14)d,the abdominal pain disappeared time was(1.39±0.57)d,and the time to cessation of diarrhea was(2.85±0.84)d,which were shorter than(2.68±1.36),(2.82±0.93),(4.29±1.21)d in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with diarrhea,the use of Golden Bifid and Smecta can effectively improve the status of diarrhea,promote the recovery of the children,and improve the overall treatment of the children,which is recommended to be promoted and applied.
