甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis

目的分析探究甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法102例细菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机盲选法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组实行甲硝唑治疗,观察组实行甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为3.92%,低于对照组的19.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为5.88%,低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌性阴道炎患者采取甲硝唑联合克林霉素治医治疗效显著,可降低用药不良反应发生率及复发率,具备推广及应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with bacterial vaginitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole and clindamycin.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 72.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.92%,which was lower than 19.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of metronidazole and clindamycin has significant efficacy on patients with bacterial vaginitis,and it can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and recurrence rate.It has the value of promotion and application.
