早期肠内营养对肝胆外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of early enteral nutrition on recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after hepatobiliary surgery

目的分析早期肠内营养对肝胆外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法72例肝胆外科术后患者,根据营养干预方法不同分为参照组(35例)和实验组(37例)。参照组实施肠外营养支持干预,实验组实施早期肠内营养干预。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、营养指标水平以及临床疗效。结果实验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、开始排便时间、肛门排气时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)水平分别为(72.26±6.21)、(138.58±13.22)、(44.23±5.51)g/L,明显高于参照组的(66.64±6.43)、(130.15±12.21)、(35.63±5.32)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者总有效率为97.30%,明显高于参照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆外科术后应用早期肠内营养干预,可更好的稳定患者的各项临床指标,满足营养需求,为患者取得更好的预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 72 patients after hepatobiliary surgery were divided into a control group(35 cases)and an experimental group(37 cases)according to their nutritional intervention.Patients in the control group were treated with parenteral nutrition support intervention,and patients in the experimental group were treated with early enteral nutrition intervention.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,indicators of nutritional level and clinical efficacy were compared between these two groups.Results The bowel sounds recovery time,beginning time for bowel movement and anal exhaust time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb)and albumin(ALB)in the experimental group were(72.26±6.21)g/L,(138.58±13.22)g/L,(44.23±5.51)g/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than(66.64±6.43)g/L,(130.15±12.21)g/L,(35.63±5.32)g/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of early enteral nutrition intervention after hepatobiliary surgery may better stabilize the clinical indicators of patients,meet their nutritional needs,resulting in better prognosis for patients.
