水中阴离子表面活性剂萃取剂的用量影响分析

摘要 分析了萃取剂三氯甲烷不同用量对水中阴离子表面活性剂测定结果的影响。针对所需试剂,对同一标准水样进行多次测定,制作不同测定方法标准曲线。结果表明,在萃取剂三氯甲烷用量上,采取单次萃取和一次性洗涤液反洗法可满足数据质量要求,工作时间明显缩短,工作效率显著提高,实验步骤化繁为简,可高效准确获得分析数据,为改善生态环境提供了有力的理论支持。 The effects of different amounts of extractant chloroform on the determination of anionic surfactant in water are analyzed.According to the required reagents,the same standard water sample is determined for many times,and the standard curves of different determination methods are made.The results show that in terms of the consumption of extractant chloroform,single extraction and one-time washing solution back washing can meet the data quality requirements,significantly shorten the working time,significantly improve the working efficiency,simplify the experimental steps,and obtain the analysis data efficiently and accurately,which provides a strong theoretical support for improving the ecological environment.
