摘要
为科学选择、合理运用污水处理工艺,提升污水处理效果,分析了CASS工艺和A/O工艺的调试运行过程和处理效果。研究表明,在CASS工艺调试运行和监测过程中,各项设备和整体系统能够稳定运行,过程比较顺利,污水处理结果满足排放标准,具有较好的除磷效果。在A/O工艺调试运行中,实际项目和设计存在较大差异,需要加强深度处理单元建设,经过讨论和调整,在相关化验参数支撑下,在丰富的调试运行经验指导下,调试运行顺利完成了,水质满足设计要求,通过系统设备稳定运行和参数数据优化设置,获得了更好的污水处理效果。
In order to scientifically select and reasonably use the sewage treatment process and improve the sewage treatment effect,the commissioning operation process and treatment effect of CASS process and A/O process are analyzed.The research shows that during the commissioning,operation and monitoring of CASS process,various equipment and the overall system can operate stably,the process is relatively smooth,the sewage treatment results meet the discharge standards,and have a good phosphorus removal effect.During the commissioning and operation of A/O process,there are great differences between the actual project and the design,so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of advanced treatment unit.After discussion and adjustment,the commissioning and operation has been successfully completed with the support of relevant test parameters and the guidance of rich commissioning and operation experience.The water quality meets the design requirements.Through the stable operation of system equipment and optimal setting of parameter data,better sewage treatment effect is obtained.
