离子色谱法在水中溶解性高氯酸盐检测中的应用

摘要 为促进离子色谱法在水中溶解性高氯酸盐检测中的应用,采用离子色谱电导检测法,确定色谱条件,对采集到的水样进行过滤处理,测定其高氯酸盐含量。结果表明,此方法获得的高氯酸盐标准曲线的线性关系良好,平均回收率为93.4%~98.1%,相对标准偏差符合精密度要求,说明本方法具有良好的检测效果,具有一定的参考价值。 In order to promote the application of ion chromatography in the detection of soluble perchlorate in water,ion chromatography conductivity detection method was used to determine the chromatographic conditions,filter the collected water samples and determine the perchlorate content.The results show that the linear relationship of perchlorate standard curve obtained by this method is good,the average recovery is 93.4%~98.1%,and the relative standard deviation meets the precision requirements,indicating that this method has good detection effect and certain reference value.
