Study on New Desulfurization and Dust Removal System in Waste Gas Treatment of Ceramic Factory

为实现陶瓷企业烟气处理系统升级改造,设计了新型脱硫除尘系统。采用石灰/石膏法脱硫,脱硫塔分为上下两部分塔腔和双水系统,烟气经过该系统处理后,排放指标达国家超低排放标准,运行能耗能达到较好效果,适合在陶瓷行业中推广应用。

In order to upgrade the flue gas treatment system of ceramic enterprises,a new desulfurization and dust removal system is designed.Lime/gypsum desulfurization is adopted,and the desulfurization tower is divided into upper and lower parts,tower cavity and double water system.After the flue gas is treated by the system,the emission index reaches the national ultra-low emission standard,and the operation energy consumption can achieve good results.It is suitable for popularization and application in the ceramic industry.
