农村生活污水治理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

为科学合理地处理农村生活污水,分析了农村生活污水处理现状,指出了农村生活污水处理存在的问题,包括处理工艺受环境因素的影响,部分管理人员素质较差,设计规模与实际排污量不符,投资有限,部分设备建设不完善。提出农村生活污水治理对策:加强人员管理,确保设备平稳运行,与地方企业合作,引入资金,完善设备建设,根据农村生活污水特点,优化处理工艺,以有效改善农村居住环境,促进我国农村经济及生态环境的可持续发展。

In order to scientifically and reasonably treat rural domestic sewage,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment,and points out the existing problems of rural domestic sewage treatment,including the influence of environmental factors on the treatment process,the poor quality of some managers,the inconsistency between the design scale and the actual sewage discharge,limited investment and imperfect construction of some equipment.The countermeasures for rural domestic sewage treatment are put forward,i.e.to strengthen personnel management,ensure the smooth operation of equipment,cooperate with local enterprises,introduce funds,improve equipment construction,and optimize the treatment process according to the characteristics of rural domestic sewage,so as to effectively improve the rural living environment and promote the sustainable development of China’s rural economy and ecological environment.
