为加强生态文明建设,做好生态环境监测,推动生态环境保护事业健康稳定的发展,提出加强生态环境监测质量控制的措施:建立完善的生态环境监测质控机制,做好现场踏勘及现场监测,做好事前、事中、事后三个方面的质量管控,建设高素质人才队伍,为制定生态环境治理工作方案及生态环境环保政策提供重要的参考依据,对地区生态环境质量予以客观准确的评价,实现我国生态环境监管工作的高质量发展。

In order to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,do well in ecological environment monitoring and promote the healthy and stable development of ecological environment protection,this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the quality control of ecological environment monitoring,i.e.to establish a perfect quality control mechanism for ecological environment monitoring,do well in on-site survey and on-site monitoring,do well in quality control in advance,during and after the event,and build a high-quality talent team,It provides an important reference basis for formulating the work plan of eco-environmental governance and eco-environmental protection policies,objectively and accurately evaluates the regional eco-environmental quality,and realizes the high-quality development of China’s eco-environmental supervision.
