张家界市永定城区澧水两岸天际线评价

摘要 城市空中的纵向设计在城市规划建设中的关注度与重视度与日俱增。以张家界市永定城区澧水两岸滨水天际线为研究对象,从定性分析和定量分析两个方面对天际线进行综合评价。首先对现状天际线进行构成因素分类和特征分析;其次在视觉影响视角下遴选出具有代表性的天际线,运用分形理论计盒维数法量化澧水两岸滨水天际线和代表性天际线,分别计算得出整体和建筑分维值;然后通过现状评价与分维理论综合评定澧水两岸天际线。研究结果表明:澧水两岸的天际线整体较好,北岸天际线略优于南岸;天际线分维值数均符合宜居中等城市天际线水平。最后从建筑高度与建筑立面两个方面提出了澧水两岸天际线优化建议,以期为永定城区天际线规划、改造以及其他城市天际线营造提供借鉴与参考。 The vertical design of urban air is paid more and more attention in urban planning and construction.Taking the waterfront skyline of both sides of Lishui River in Yongding city of Zhangjiajie City as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the skyline from two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly,it classifies and analyzes the composition factors of the current skyline,secondly,it selects the representative skyline from the perspective of visual influence,quantifies the waterfront skyline and representative skyline on both sides of Lishui River by using the box counting dimension method of fractal theory,and calculates the overall and construction fractal dimension values respectively,then it comprehensively evaluates the skyline on both sides of Lishui River through the current situation evaluation and fractal dimension theory.The results show that:the skyline on both sides of Lishui River is better,and the skyline on the north bank is slightly better than that on the south bank,the fractal dimensions of the skyline are in line with the skyline level of livable medium-sized cities.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the optimization of the skyline on both sides of the Lishui River from the aspects of building height and building facade,in order to provide reference for the planning and reconstruction of the skyline in Yongding city and the construction of the skyline in other cities.
