谈苏州斜塘历史街区的重塑与再生

Discussion on the regeneration and reconstruction of Xietang historic district in Suzhou

城市建设进入存量焕新、内涵增值的时期,历史文化街区的再生重塑越来越得到重视。结合苏州工业园区的“文化斜塘”项目,根据场地历史文脉断代、街区肌理混乱的现状,为了延续斜塘文脉、激发斜塘活力,提出了四点历史街区再生原则:延续历史文脉;重整景观格局;重塑空间形态;调整商贸模式,激发街区活力。

Urban construction has entered a period of renewal of stock and value-added content,and the regeneration and reshaping of historical and cultural blocks has received more and more attention.Combined with the“Cultural Xietang”project in Suzhou Industrial Park,based on the historical context of the site and the current situation that texture of the block is in chaos,in order to continue Xietang context and stimulate the vitality of Xietang,four principles for the regeneration of historical district are proposed:continue the historical context;reorganize the landscape pattern and reshape the spatial form;adjust the business model to stimulate the vitality of the neighborhood,providing reference for the reconstruction plan of historical districts in the future.
