摘要
针对双轮铣水泥土搅拌墙施工工法(CSM工法)在软土深层复杂地质条件下无先例问题,率先开展CSM工法试验,成墙最大深度80 m,垂直度达到1/500以上。试验成墙效果检验显示CSM工法成墙施工对周边环境影响较小,成墙均匀性较好,对各土层抗渗性亦有较大提升。CSM工法成墙试验的成功实施为后续的工程应用提供了技术支撑,同时也为以后类似工程提供了可供借鉴的经验。
Based on double milling performance(CSM)soil-cement mixing wall construction methods in the deep soft soil under complicated geological conditions of unprecedented problems,spearheaded the CSM method test,maximum depth of 80 m into a wall,perpendicular to reach more than 1/500.The test results show that the CSM construction method has little impact on the surrounding environment,good wall uniformity,and greatly improves the impermeability of each soil layer.The successful implementation of CSM wall forming test provides technical support for the subsequent engineering application and experience reference for similar projects in the future.
