摘要
环氧树脂作为一种新型复合加固材料,其增强增韧改性是目前工程建设中普遍面临的问题。以环氧树脂为对象,通过掺杂纤维等材料对其进行改性,制备了5种改性环氧树脂并对其力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:纤维对于环氧树脂力学性质具有明显影响,掺杂玄武岩纤维后,材料强度和韧性明显提高,密度降低,改性增强效果显著;掺杂钢纤维后,在材料韧性增强的同时密度也相应增加。
Epoxy resin as a new type of composite reinforcement material,its strengthening and toughening modification is a common problem in engineering construction.Taking epoxy resin as the object,five kinds of modified epoxy resins were prepared by doping fiber and other materials,and their mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the fiber has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin.After doping basalt fiber,the strength and toughness of the material are significantly improved,the density is reduced,and the modified reinforcement effect is significant.After doping steel fiber,the toughness and density of the material increase.
