摘要
在科学的管理理论基础上,结合具体工程实例,从开发商的视角切入,使用了经验总结法,考察了影响房地产项目的实施中,会影响到有关于项目的设计和管理范畴的各种因素,通过分析出现的实际问题,提出有用的、具有针对性的优化方案。
Based on scientific management theory,combined with specific engineering examples,from the perspective of developers,using the experience summary method,this paper investigated various factors affecting the design and management of relevant projects in the implementation of real estate projects,and put forward useful and targeted optimization schemes by analyzing the practical problems.
