MTDH和LEF-1在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征、预后的相关性

Expressions of MTDH and LEF-1 in the tongue squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis

目的研究异黏蛋白(MTDH)与淋巴细胞增强因子-1(LEF-1)在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征、预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组化学方法检测50例舌鳞癌组织标本及20例癌旁2 cm外正常舌黏膜组织标本中MTDH和LEF-1的蛋白表达情况,分析其与舌鳞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果MTDH和LEF-1在舌鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为64.0%、54.0%,在癌旁2 cm外正常舌黏膜组织中均不表达。MTDH和LEF-1的表达水平与舌鳞癌的T分期、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);舌鳞癌组织中MTDH和LEF-1的表达水平呈正相关(r_(s)=9.522,P<0.001)。Cox回归模型结果显示,病理学分级、MTDH、LEF-1是舌鳞癌患者预后的独立预测因子(P<0.05)。结论MTDH和LEF-1的高表达与舌鳞癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关,同时检测二者可能会对舌鳞癌的早期诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床参考价值。

Objective To study the expressions of metadherin(MTDH)and lymphocyte enhancer factor-1(LEF-1)in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The protein expressions of MTDH and LEF-1 in 50 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal tongue mucosa 2 cm away from the cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters of tongue squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation were analyzed.Results The expression positive rates of MTDH and LEF-1 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma were 64.0%and 54.0%respectively,and they were not expressed in normal tongue mucosa 2 cm away from the cancer.The expression levels of MTDH and LEF-1 were correlated with T stage,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05);there was a positive correlation between the expression levels of MTDH and LEF-1 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma(r_(s)=9.522,P<0.001).Cox regression model results showed that pathological grade,MTDH and LEF-1 were independent predictors of prognosis in patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of MTDH and LEF-1 is closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.Combined detection of MTDH and LEF-1 may have a certain clinical reference value for the early diagnosis and prognostic prediction of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
