摘要
目的研究孕中晚期子痫前期患者血清胎盘生长因子(PIGF)水平与子宫螺旋动脉血流参数、血管内皮损伤的相关性。方法将本院收治的40例孕中晚期妊娠期高血压(GH)患者作为GH组、48例子痫前期(PE)患者作为PE组,同期进行产检的50例健康孕妇作为对照组。比较三组的血清PIGF水平、子宫螺旋动脉血流参数和血管内皮损伤指标,分析PE患者中血清PIGF水平与子宫螺旋动脉血流参数、血管内皮损伤的相关性。结果PE组血清PIGF水平低于GH组和对照组,PI、RI、S/D、sFlt-1、sEng、ET-1、vWF水平高于GH组和对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,PE患者血清PIGF水平与子宫螺旋动脉血流参数、血管内皮损伤指标呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论孕中晚期PE患者血清PIGF水平异常降低,具体水平可反映子宫螺旋动脉血流异常及血管内皮损伤程度。
Objective To study the correlation between serum placental growth factor(PIGF)level and uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters and vascular endothelial injury in patients with preeclampsia in the second and third trimester.Methods Forty patients with gestational hypertension(GH)in the second and third trimester treated in our hospital were taken as GH group,48 patients with preeclampsia(PE)were taken as PE group,and 50 healthy pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination in the same period were taken as control group.The serum PIGF level,uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters and vascular endothelial injury indexes of the three groups were compared,and the correlation between serum PIGF level and uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters and vascular endothelial injury in PE patients was analyzed.Results The serum PIGF level in the PE group was lower than that in the GH group and the control group,and the PI,RI,S/D,sFlt-1,sEng,ET-1 and vWF levels were higher than those in the GH group and the control group(P<0.05).Pearson test showed that serum PIGF level were negatively correlated with uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters and vascular endothelial injury indexes in patients with PE(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum PIGF level in patients with PE in the second and third trimester is abnormally decreased,which can reflect the abnormal blood flow of uterine spiral artery and the degree of vascular endothelial injury.
