摘要
目的探讨iTero口扫数字化模型三维图像对Invisalign无托槽隐形矫治前牙压低的效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的34例隐形矫治患者作为研究对象。患者均采用Invisalign teen矫治器进行治疗,并运用iTero口扫数字化模型三维图像对其压低效果进行评价。结果本研究患者平均佩戴矫治器步数为(24.58±6.83)副,159颗试验牙平均压低量为0.58 mm,其中最小压低量为0.10 mm,最大压低量为1.78 mm。本研究使用的Invisalign teen无托槽隐形矫治器对牙齿的平均压低效率为40.0%,其中下颌中切牙的压低效率最高(49.1%),上颌中切牙次之(44.0%),上颌尖牙的压低效率最低(28.7%)。结论iTero口扫可以给无托槽隐形矫治术带来便捷,同时数字化模型三维图像技术可较好地实现对隐形矫治牙压低效果的评价,采用隐形矫治器在实际矫治过程中,考虑每个牙齿不同的压低效果进行合理调整,以便更好地掌控牙齿的垂直方向。
Objective To explore the effect of digital model 3D image of iTero mouth scan on Invisalign non-bracket invisible correction of anterior tooth depression.Methods A total of 34 patients with invisible correction admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated with the Invisalign teen appliance,and the digital model 3D image of iTero mouth scan was used to evaluate the depression effect.Results The average number of steps of patients wearing appliances in this study was(24.58±6.83),and the average depression of 159 test tooth was 0.58 mm,of which the minimum depression was 0.10 mm and the maximum depression was 1.78 mm.The Invisalign teen non-brackets invisible appliance used in this study had an average depressive efficiency of 40.0%,of which of the mandibular central incisor had the highest depressive efficiency(49.1%),followed by the maxillary central incisor(44.0%),and the maxillary canine had the lowest(28.7%).Conclusion The iTero mouth scan can bring convenience to the invisible orthodontics without brackets.At the same time,the digital model 3D image technology can better realize the evaluation of the effect of invisible orthodontics.In the actual treatment process,the invisible appliance should be reasonably adjusted considering the different depression effects of each tooth,so as to better control the vertical direction of the tooth..
