摘要
目的探讨注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月收治的169例DPN住院患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方案将其分为A组(85例,采用注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗)和B组(84例,采用甲钴胺注射液治疗)。比较两组患者正中神经、腓神经的MCV和SCV及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的正中神经和腓神经的MCV和SCV均显著增加,且A组显著大于B组(P<0.01)。A组的治疗总有效率显著高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论相较于甲钴胺注射液,注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗DPN效果显著,可更明显地加快修复损伤的神经组织,迅速改善神经传导速度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor for injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods The clinical data of 169 inpatients with DPN admitted from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into group A(85 cases,treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection)and group B(84 cases,treated with mecobalamin injection)according to different treatment regimen.MCV and SCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,MCV and SCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve in both groups significantly increased,and those in the group A were significantly higher than the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B,and the diffience was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with mecobalamin injection,mouse nerve growth factor for injection has a significant effect in the treatment of DPN,it can more significantly accelerate the repair of damaged nerve tissue and rapidly improve nerve conduction velocity,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
