基于精益六西格玛责任制压疮管理小组对住院患者压疮预防及生活质量的影响

Influence of pressure ulcer management team based on Lean Six Sigma responsibility system on pressure ulcer prevention and quality of life of inpatients

目的探讨基于精益六西格玛责任制压疮管理小组对住院患者压疮预防及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院普外科收治的182例住院患者,按照不同护理模式将其分为试验组(91例,常规压疮管理+精益六西格玛责任制压疮管理小组制度)与对照组(91例,常规压疮管理)。比较两组的护理干预效果。结果试验组护理人员的压疮知识掌握度、压疮防护意识、责任感及工作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的压疮发生率为2.20%,低于对照组的10.99%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GQOL-74评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理服务态度、护理质量、护理效果满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于精益六西格玛责任制压疮管理小组开展护理工作,可有效提高护理人员的综合素质,降低住院患者压疮发生率,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of pressure ulcer management team based on Lean Six Sigma responsibility system on pressure ulcer prevention and quality of life of inpatients.Methods A total of 182 inpatients admitted in the general surgery department of our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group(91 cases,routine pressure ulcer management+Lean Six Sigma responsibility pressure ulcer management group system)and control group(91 cases,routine pressure ulcer management)according to different nursing modes.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of master degree of pressure ulcer knowledge,pressure ulcer protection consciousness,sense of responsibility and working ability of nursing staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was 2.20%,which was lower than 10.99%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the GQOL-74 score of the two groups increased,and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing service attitude,nursing quality and nursing effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing work carried out by the pressure ulcer management team based on the Lean Six Sigma responsibility system can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer of inpatients,improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.
