肝胆外科护理质量影响因素分析及整改措施应用效果探讨

Analysis of influencing factors of nursing quality in hepatobiliary surgery and discussion on the application effect of rectification measures

目的分析肝胆外科护理质量影响因素,探讨整改措施应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月肝胆外科66例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为将其分为对照组与研究组,各33例。在分析肝胆外科护理质量影响因素后,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予针对性护理干预。比较两组的护理质量、护理满意度、护理不良事件发生情况。结果研究组的健康教育、基础护理、专科护理、急救护理评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理人员、患者及家属、医院环境是肝胆外科护理质量的影响因素,应给予针对性的护理干预措施,以提高护理质量及护理满意度,减少护理不良事件。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nursing quality in hepatobiliary surgery,and discuss the application effect of rectification measures.Methods A total of 66 patients in the hepatobiliary surgery from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 33 cases in each group.After analyzing the influencing factors of nursing quality in hepatobiliary surgery,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given targeted nursing intervention.The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health education,basic nursing,special nursing and emergency nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff,patients,family members and hospital environment are the influencing factors of nursing quality in hepatobiliary surgery.Targeted nursing intervention measure should be given to improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction and reduce nursing adverse events.
