Application effect of three chain parallel drive management mode in surgical instrument disposal in central sterile supply department

目的探讨三链并驱管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械处置中的应用效果。方法选取三链并驱管理模式实施前(2020年1至5月)由消毒供应中心处理的手术器械180件作为对照组,选取三链并驱管理模式实施后(2020年6至10月)由消毒供应中心处理的手术器械180件作为试验组。对照组接受消毒供应中心常规管理模式,试验组接受三链并驱管理模式。比较两组的管理效果。结果试验组消毒供应中心护理人员手术器械清洗消毒原理、清洗消毒方式、清洗消毒流程、清洗消毒操作评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手术器械消毒灭菌质量合格率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手术器械使用者护理满意度各项评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三链并驱管理模式应用于消毒供应中心手术器械处理中,可显著提升消毒供应中心护理人员手术器械处置知识和技能、手术器械消毒灭菌质量合格率、手术器械使用者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of three chain parallel drive management mode in surgical instrument disposal in central sterile supply department.Methods One hundred and eighty surgical instruments disposed of central sterile supply department before implementation of the three chain parallel drive management mode(January to May 2020)were selected as control group,and 180 surgical instruments disposed of central sterile supply department after implementation of the three chain parallel drive management mode(June to October 2020)were selected as experimental group.The control group accepted the routine management mode of central sterile supply department,and the experimental group accepted the three chain parallel drive management mode.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of cleaning and disinfection principle,cleaning and disinfection mode,cleaning and disinfection process and cleaning and disinfection operation of surgical instruments in nursing staff of central sterile supply department in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction of surgical instrument users in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three chain parallel drive management mode applied in surgical instrument disposal of central sterile supply department can significantly improve the knowledge and skills of surgical instruments disposal in nursing staff of central sterile supply department,the quality qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments and nursing satisfaction of surgical instrument users.
