西北地区金融生态环境的质量评价与空间差异分析

Quality Evaluation and Analysis of Spatial Difference on Financial Ecological Environment in Northwestern China

良好的金融生态环境是西北五省(区)抢抓“双循环”新发展格局机遇,实现区域经济高质量发展的重要支撑。以2006—2019年西北五省(区)年度统计数据为样本,在构建区域金融生态环境质量评价指标体系的基础上,分析西北五省(区)的区域金融生态水平,并深入探讨五省的金融生态空间差异和空间相关性,进而为新时代西部经济高质量发展提供数据支撑和有益建议。研究表明:在时间维度上,西北五省(区)区域金融生态环境质量整体上呈现稳步改善的发展趋势,但各省的改善程度不一;在空间维度上,西北五省(区)区域金融生态环境质量表现为显著负空间相关性,总体上各省域间存在空间集聚性与依赖性,局部上反映为低高空间聚集和高低空间聚集,且各省(区)差异大,发展不平衡,表现为东南西北方向高而东北西南方向低的发展状态。未来西北五省(区)要着力提高资金供给水平,夯实经济产业基础,加强区域法制和信用环境建设,构筑区域经济发展综合体,才能实现区域金融生态环境质量的全面改善。

A good financial ecological environment is the guarantee for the five provinces in northwestern China to employ the new development pattern of dual circulation and realize the high-quality development of the regional economy.Based on the annual statistical data of the five northwest provinces from 2006 to 2019,the paper analyzes the regional financial ecological level of the five provinces by constructing the evaluation in⁃dex of the quality of the regional financial ecological environment and deeply explores the financial ecological spatial differences and spatial relevance of the five provinces.The research shows that in the time span,the quality of the financial ecological environment in the five northwest provinces shows a steady improvement trend but the degree of improvement varies from province to province.In terms of spatial span,the regional fi⁃nancial ecological environment quality of the five provinces shows a significant negative spatial correlation.Generally,there is spatial agglomeration and dependence among the provinces,and locally it is manifested as low-high spatial aggregation and high-low spatial aggregation.Moreover,there are great differences and unbal⁃anced development among the provinces,which is characterized by high development in the southeast and northwest,and low development in the northeast and southwest.In the future,the five northwest provinces should focus on improving the level of capital supply,consolidating the economic and industrial foundation,strengthening the construction of the regional legal system and credit environment,and building a regional eco⁃nomic development unity,so as to realize the comprehensive improvement of the quality of the regional finan⁃cial ecological environment.
