摘要
伴随着我国智能制造产业的快速发展,机器人工程专业的人才需求量也越来越旺盛,特别是在新工科建设的背景下,要不断创新其人才培养模式。产教融合模式作为一种学校和企业深度融合的人才培养模式,得到了越来越多职业院校的认可。文章在对新工科背景和产教融合以及新工科背景下机器人工程专业产教融合模式实施的必要性进行简单阐述的基础上,对新工科背景下机器人工程专业产教融合模式实施困境进行了分析,结合实际提出新工科背景下机器人工程专业产教融合模式路径探索,并发表几点思考,以期为新工科背景下机器人工程专业产教融合发展带来一些参考。
With the rapid development of China's intelligent manufacturing industry,the demand for Robot Engineering talents is becoming more and more vigorous,especially under the background of new engineering construction,to constantly innovate its talent training mode.The production-education integration mode,as a talent training mode of deep integration of schools and enterprises,has been recognized by more and more vocational colleges.This paper expounds the new engineering background,the integration of industry and education,and the necessity of the implementation of the integration mode of industry and education in robot engineering.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the integration mode of industry and education in Robot Engineering,and puts forward the path exploration of the integration mode of industry and education in Robot Engineering under the new engineering background,and puts forward some thoughts.The purpose of this study is to provide some references for the development of industry-education integration of Robot Engineering specialty under the new engineering background.
