地方本科院校茶学专业的创新创业教育探讨

地方本科高校肩负着为地方输送应用型人才的重任,因此在进行专业教育的同时开展创新创业教育尤为重要。文章着眼于武夷学院茶学专业的创新创业教育情况,较为系统地探讨了地方本科院校茶学专业的创新创业教育现状及其影响因素。并从创新创业教育教学理念更新、体系构建、师资优化、科研成果转化、实践教育加强以及评价体系健全等方面进行探讨,以期提升茶学专业创新创业教育水平。

Local undergraduate universities are responsible for delivering application-oriented talents to local areas,so it is especially important to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education along with professional education.This paper focuses on the innovation and entrepreneurship education of tea science major in Wuyi University,and systematically analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of tea science major in local undergraduate colleges and universities and its influencing factors.It also discusses the renewal of the teaching concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the construction of the system,the optimization of teachers structure,the transformation of scientific research results,the strengthening of practical education and the sound evaluation system in order to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education of tea science major.
