摘要
超低排放要求的提出,水泥企业烧成系统原有运行的脱硝系统的技术指标已不能满足新的要求,只有在SNCR技术基础之上进一步优化或增加应用相应的脱硝技术。这些脱硝技术主要有高效精准SNCR、SCR、低氮分解炉、蒸汽脱硝技术等,并能在一定程度上促使系统进一步降低氮氧化物的排放。实践证明,水泥工业NO_(x)的超低排放应在多项技术综合作用下实现。
With the proposal of ultra-low emission requirements,the technical indicators of the original denitrification system of the cement enterprise's firing system can no longer meet the new requirements.Only to further optimize or increase the application of corresponding denitrification technology on the basis of SNCR technology.These denitrification technologies mainly include efficient and accurate SNCR,SCR,low nitrogen decomposition furnace,steam denitrification technology,etc.,and can promote the system to further reduce nitrogen oxide emissions to a certain extent.Practice has proved that the ultralow NOx emission technology of cement industry should be realized under the combined effect of various technologies.
