lncRNAs与消化系统肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)对疾病的调控已成为目前研究的热点。虽然lncRNAs不能编码功能蛋白质,但可通过组蛋白修饰、染色质重构、RNA干扰等调控基因及蛋白的表达,改变蛋白的修饰、空间构型,广泛参与人类疾病的病理生理过程。消化系统肿瘤是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害人类健康。在消化系统肿瘤组织中存在大量差异性表达的lncRNAs,且部分差异表达的lncRNAs在消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展、预后判断及治疗中均具有重要作用。深入研究lncRNAs在消化系统肿瘤中的具体作用机制,可为消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断、预后评估和精准治疗提供理论依据。 The regulation of diseases by long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)has become a research hotspot.Although lncRNAs cannot encode functional proteins,they can regulate the expression of genes and proteins through histone modification,chromatin remodeling,RNA interference,which may change the modification and spatial configuration of proteins,and are widely involved in the pathophysiological processes of human diseases.Digestive system tumor is one of the most common malignant tumors in human,which seriously endangers human health.There are a large number of differentially expressed lncRNAs in digestive system tumor tissues,some of which play an important role in the occurrence,development,prognosis judgment and treatment of digestive system tumors.In-depth study of the specific mechanism of lncRNAs in digestive system tumors can provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis,prognosis assessment and precise treatment of digestive system tumors.
