中西医治疗尿酸性肾结石的研究进展

Research Progress of Treatment for Uric Acid Nephrolithiasis by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

随着人们对含嘌呤食物摄入的增加,尿酸性肾结石的发病率逐年升高。尿酸性肾结石易损伤肾脏且反复发作,西医以手术结合降尿酸、保护肾脏治疗为主,但药物治疗会产生一定的不良反应。中医药治疗尿酸性肾结石可以避免因长期服用西药所致的肝肾功能损害,因其安全性和有效性而受到广泛关注。同时,中西医结合治疗尿酸性肾结石较单独西医手术治疗效果更好,在改善患者症状、术后恢复及降低损伤等方面具有独特优势,已成为尿酸性肾结石临床治疗的趋势。未来通过对中西医结合治疗尿酸性肾结石的深入研究,可探明其具体机制,并针对特定治疗靶点筛选有效干预尿酸性肾结石形成的中药单体或组方。

With the increasing intake of purine food,the incidence of uric acid nephrolithiasis is increasing year by year,which may easily damage the kidney and occur repeatedly.The treatments of western medicine for uric acid nephrolithiasis are surgery and the medications for uric acid lowering and kidney protection,but these medications might cause certain adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has received extensive attention for the treatment of uric acid nephrolithiasis due to the good safety and effectiveness,while reducing the liver and kidney injuries caused by long-term use of western medicine.The integrated treatment of TCM and western medicine is better than surgery alone,due to the unique advantages in improving symptoms,promoting postoperative recovery and reducing injury,and has become the trend of the clinical treatments.In the future,through the in-depth study of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment,we can explore its specific mechanism,and screen out TCM monomers or prescriptions that effectively interfere with the formation of uric acid nephrolithiasis according to specific therapeutic targets.
