充血性心力衰竭中西医结合治疗的研究进展

Research Progress of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure

充血性心力衰竭(CHF)属于心脏疾病终末阶段,现代医学对CHF治疗方式有限,主要使用利尿剂、β受体拮抗剂、抗凝等药物治疗,但不良反应多,治疗效果不理想。近年,中医在治疗CHF中取得较大进展,具有治疗手段丰富的优势,主要包括汤剂、中成药、针灸等,不良反应少,应用效果显著。随着中医理论的不断发展,中西医结合治疗CHF得到广泛应用,不仅可在一定程度上减少药物用量,还可降低不良反应发生风险,进而提高CHF患者的生活质量。未来应深入研究中西医结合在CHF中的治疗效果,充分发挥两者联合治疗的优势。

Congestive heart failure(CHF)belongs to the end stage of heart disease,and modern medicine is limited in the treatment of CHF,mainly using diuretics,β receptor antagonist,anticoagulants and other drugs,which have many adverse reactions and unsastisfactory effect.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with the advantage of rich treatment methods,has made great progress in the treatment of CHF,mainly including decoction,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,with few adverse reactions and significant applicative effect.With the development of TCM theory,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has been widely used in the treatment of CHF,which can not only reduce the dosage of drugs to a certain extent,but also reduce the risk of adverse reactions,thus improve the quality of life of the CHF patients.In the future,further study on the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of CHF should be conducted,so as to give full play to the advantages of the combined treatment.
