摘要
本文引入惯容在“惯容―弹簧―阻尼”体系下,开展线谱和宽带一体化隔振器结构综合研究。采用机械阻抗方法,阐明“惯容―弹簧―阻尼”三元件的匹配关系规律;提炼线谱和宽带一体化隔振的技术条件,推理出满足要求的力传递函数一般表达式;类比电网络,将隔振器作为双口无源机械网络,转换力传递函数为机械网络的阻抗函数进行综合,得到两种不同类型的隔振器结构;通过阻尼影响分析,识别出不同位置阻尼的影响作用和效果,结果表明,合理设置阻尼位置可以实现线谱和宽带隔振效果的独立调节。所综合的两种隔振器结构为线谱和宽带一体化隔振提供了一种被动控制技术途径。
The inerter was introduced and the‘inerter-spring-damping’new structure was built for study on line spectra and broadband integrated isolator.Firstly,the mechanical impedance method was applied to illuminate the matching relationship of‘inerter-spring-damping’three components.Then,the technical condition of line spectra and broadband integrated vibration isolation was summarized.With the use of anti-resonant vibration isolation and traditional vibration isolation technology,which was served as approaches of line spectra isolation and broadband isolation respectively,the general expression of force transfer function representing integrated vibration isolation was deduced.As per the similarity of mechanical and electrical system,the isolator was treated as a double-port passive mechanical network,and then the synthesis of force transfer function derived before was transformed as the synthesis of impedance function of the isolator mechanical network.Exploited by the impedance synthesis approach and admittance synthesis approach,two forms of desirable isolator architecture were designed.On this basis,the effect of damping at different positions in the structure of isolator was analyzed.The results showed that the vibration isolation effect of line spectra and broadband can be adjusted respectively if the positions of damping are selected reasonably.The two forms of isolator structure established in this paper are realizable in engineering application,and provide one passive approach to accomplish line spectra and broadband integrated isolation.
