摘要
以工业场景为对象构建带有地理信息系统并具备引导无人机巡检功能的三维模型,对提高工业事故预警能力以及事故监测能力,协助救援人员快速准确地处理事故具有重要意义。本文基于GIS技术和无人机辅助技术提出了以复杂的工业场景为对象构建带有地理信息的拟真模型,在发生工业事故时可引导无人机对工业事故进行实时监测,同时以三维直观形式将工业事故场景的外部宏观区域状况以及内部微观构造布局和涉及的危险源等信息及时传输给救援人员,提高救援人员事故信息获取效率与准确度,实现协助救援人员选择有效的事故处理手段与最佳的救援路径,减少工业事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失。
To construct a 3D model with geographic information system and can guide UAV patrol inspection based on industrial scenes is of great significance to improve the ability of early warning and monitoring in industrial accidents,and to assist rescuers to deal with accidents quickly and accurately.Based on GIS and UAV-assisted technology,this paper proposes to build a pseudo-true model with geographic information based on complex industrial scenes,which can guide the UAV to carry out real-time monitoring in industrial accidents.At the same time the model is able to transmit external situation,internal structure and source of danger in 3D form to rescuers.It can help rescuers acquire accident information efficiently and accurately,decide on effective approach of accident treatment and the best rescue way,and reduce casualties and property losses.
