摘要
开展农村地区综合减灾能力建设,对实现两个百年奋斗目标具有重要意义。本文以河北省52个行政村为研究对象,通过问卷调查,对河北省农村地区综合减灾能力进行了评价,并提出了对策建议。
The construction of comprehensive disaster reduction capacity in rural areas is of great significance to achieve the Two Centenary Goals.Taking 52 administrative villages in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper evaluates the comprehensive disaster reduction capacity in rural areas in Hebei Province through the questionnaire survey,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
