摘要
以生物基聚氨酯为基体,竹瓦楞层为骨架,竹纤维毡为增强体,表面涂覆纳米铁基二氧化钛复合光催化剂涂层,通过模压和喷涂工艺制备出了聚氨酯复合材料样品。研究结果表明:1)含有10%竹纤维毡并涂有纳米铁基二氧化钛的车用竹纤维能明显增强生物基聚氨酯复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度,且其力学性能明显优于常规聚氨酯材料;2)添加竹纤维毡能明显提升生物基聚氨酯复合材料的承重性能和耐水性能;3)涂覆纳米铁基二氧化钛,可以吸附复合材料表面的有毒和有害气体,并将其分解和降解成对身体无害的小分子,起到自洁作用,有利于降低车内的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量。
With bio-based polyurethane as matrix,bamboo corrugated layer as skeleton and bamboo fiber sheet as reinforcement,nano iron-based titanium dioxide composite photocatalyst coating is coated on the surface.The polyurethane composite samples are prepared by molding and spraying process.The results show that:1)The tensile and flexural strength of bio-based polyurethane composites can be significantly enhanced by bamboo fiber for vehicle containing 10%bamboo fiber sheet and coated with nano iron-based titanium dioxide.Its mechanical properties are obviously better than those of conventional polyurethane materials.2)Adding bamboo fiber sheet can significantly improve the load-bearing and water resistance of bio-based polyurethane composites.3)The surface coated with nano iron-based titanium dioxide can adsorb the toxic and harmful gases on the surface of the composite,decompose and degrade harmful gases into harmless small molecules,play a self-cleaning role,and help to reduce the VOC content in the car.
