粉煤/焦成型过程机理与产品性质关联机制研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on The Relationship Between The Mechanism of Pulverized Coal/Semi-Coke Forming Process and Products Properties

摘要 煤炭综采水平的提升以及煤炭分质转化技术的发展使得粉焦产能过剩的问题日渐突出,造成了资源浪费和环境污染.粉煤/焦成型技术在创造经济效益的同时也有利于解决环境问题,其中冷压成型工艺对原料适应性好且成本低具有较大发展潜力.文中从成型粘结的浸湿粘合、桥接机理和型煤热解炭化的机理出发,概括了影响型焦性能关键因素(原料特性、成型工艺条件以及粘结剂的种类和性质).鉴于粘结剂对型焦性能的影响最为显著,重点阐述了无机粘结剂、有机粘结剂和复合粘结剂用于粉煤/焦成型的优势和挑战.无机粘结剂具有价格低廉、稳定性好、强度高等优势,但会增加型焦的灰分含量;有机粘结剂来源广泛、粘结性好、灰分含量低,但其强度和热稳定性较差.为了弥补单一组分粘结剂存在的不足,使用复合粘结剂制备型焦是未来的发展趋势.总结了化工、电石和冶金行业对型焦性质的不同需求,针对型焦的不同用途,提出了复合粘结剂的使用方案 ,为型焦的生产和应用提供借鉴. Comprehensive mechanized coal mining and coal staged conversion technology have caused the overcapacity of pulverized coal/semi-coke increasingly prominent,resulting in the waste of resources and environmental pollution.The pulverized coal/semi-coke forming technology not only creates economic benefits,but also helps to solve environmental problems.The cold forming process has great potential for development due to its good adaptability for raw materials and low cost.This paper summarizes the impact factors of the formcoke performance(raw material characteristics,forming process conditions,and types and properties of the binder)according to the forming mechanism.The binder has the most significant effect on the performance of the formcoke.Therefore,this paper focuses on the advantages and challenges of inorganic binders,organic binders and compound binders used in pulverized coal/semi-coke forming.Inorganic binders have the advantages of low price,good stability,and high strength,but it will increase the ash content of the coke;organic binders have a wide range of sources,good adhesion,and low ash content,but its strength and thermal stability are poor.To make up for the shortcomings of single-component binders,the use of compound binders to produce formcoke is promising in the future.The application of formcoke in the chemical,calcium carbide and metallurgical industries is summarized,and the use of compound binders is proposed for the different uses of formcoke,which provides a reference for the production and application of formcoke.
