双碳背景下配电网绿色发展与安全高效耦合评价 被引量:19

摘要 双碳目标的提出对配电网绿色发展提出了新的标准与需求,基于新的能源发展政策背景,首先分析了配电网绿色发展现状,并提出了配电网绿色与安全高效发展路径;其次,通过设计配电网绿色发展与安全高效指标体系,构建了耦合协调综合评价模型,以此评价配电网绿色发展与安全高效耦合协调水平,为及时修正配电网绿色发展态势、判断配电网安全运行水平提供了评价方法,以实现在保障配电网安全的前提下,助力新一轮能源结构和能源消费转型升级目标。 The introduction of the double carbon target has put forward new standards and demands for the green development of distribution grids.The new energy development policy was took as the research background,firstly,the current situation of distribution network green development was analyzed,and the path of distribution network green and safe and efficient development was proposed.Secondly,based on the design of the index system of green development and safety efficiency of distribution network,the coupling and coordination comprehensive evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the coupling and coordination level of green development and safety efficiency of distribution network.The evaluation model provides an evaluation method for timely correction of the green development trend of the distribution grid and judgment of the safe operation level of the distribution grid,which can achieve the goal of helping to transform and upgrade the energy structure and energy consumption in the new round under the premise of ensuring the safety of the distribution grid.
