基于改进优劣解距离法和价值工程的舰船备件配置 被引量:4

Warship Spare Parts Allocation Based on Improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution and Value Engineering(TOPSIS-VE)

摘要 备品备件的科学配置是满足舰船装备完好性和任务成功性要求的重要条件。为了科学配置备品备件,分析了关键性、耗损性、供应反应时间等确定备品备件种类的影响因素,给出了备品备件配置优先级的确定方法,并将改进优劣解距离法引入价值工程理论,提出了一种基于改进优劣解距离法和价值工程的舰船备品备件配置优先级模型。案例分析结果表明,该模型与传统优劣解距离法相比,能更好地体现备品备件质量管控和运行环境等因素对优先级排序的影响作用,从而使舰船备品备件的配置方案更优。 The scientific allocation of spare parts is an important condition to meet the requirements of equipment integrity and mission success for warship.In order to allocate warship spare parts scientifically,firstly,the influencing factors of determining the types of spare parts were analyzed,such as the key factors,the dissipation factors,the response time of supply,etc.A method to determine the priority of spare parts allocation was proposed.Meanwhile,a priority model of warship spare parts allocation based on the combination of improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)algorithm and value engineering theory,which is named as improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution and value engineering(TOPSIS-VE)was further proposed.The example demonstrates that the use of improved TOPSIS-VE allocation method provides better reflecting of the influence of factors such as the quality control of spare parts and operating environment on the priority ranking,so as to get a better allocation plan of warship spare parts.
