深圳市谷对岭分岔隧道无中导洞施工与监测技术 被引量:3

摘要 分岔大断面隧道施工常面临地质条件差、周边环境复杂等问题,结合深圳市谷对岭分岔隧道工程情况,采用先行隧道独立成型,后在大断面处实现掉头再施工后行隧道的分岔隧道无中导洞施工方法。梳理4个技术阶段,包括连拱段施工、由先行匝道小断面进入主线大断面施工、主线大断面实现掉头施工及主线大断面施工等关键点。在施工的同时进行全程监控测量,据此针对性提出分部分阶段监测方案,并分析连拱隧道段和大断面段的监测数据结果,从而指导设计,确保施工安全。 To solve the construction problems caused by poor geo-conditions and complicated surrounding conditions,combined with the construction of Guduiling Bifurcated Tunnel in Shenzhen,firstly,a method of independent tunnel forming was adopted,and then,the construction of turning at the large section,and finally the construction of bifurcated tunnel using central pilot-free construction technology.And the four construction stages were summarized,including such key points as construction of multi-arch section construction from small section of the ramp to large section of main line,construction of turning at the large section,and construction of large section,etc.Meanwhile,the entire process monitoring measurement was carried out during the construction.Accordingly,the monitoring scheme by parts and stages was put forward in this paper,and the monitoring data and results of multi-arch tunnel section and large section were analyzed to guide the design and ensure the safety of construction.
