摘要
概括了模块化建筑的概念和意义,对模块化钢结构建筑在一体化设计、工业化制造、现场高效连接及质量控制、集成创新应用及推广等研究内容进行分析。介绍了三维模块的标准化与组合设计,模块单元间连接节点设计,一体化工业制造技术,箱式模块安装技术,以及海洋绿色人居系统、应急医院为代表的集成创新应用技术。体现了模块化钢结构建筑在安全、可靠、绿色、环保、生态、高效等方面的优势,既符合国家可持续发展战略要求,又满足社会发展现状的需求。
This paper summarizes the concept and significance of modular building,and analyzes the research contents of modular steel structure building in integrated design,industrial manufacturing,efficient on-site connection and quality control,integrated innovation application and promotion,etc.This paper also introduces the standardization and integrated design of 3D modules,the design of connecting nodes between modules and units,the integrated industrial manufacturing technology,the installation technology of box-type modules,and the integrated innovative application technology represented by“ocean environment-friendly human settlement system”and“emergency hospital”.The advantages of modular steel structure building in safety,reliability,non-pollution,environmental protection,ecology and efficiency,etc.are well reflected,which not only meet the requirements of national sustainable development strategy,but also meet the needs of social development status quo.
