摘要
春之眼商业中心项目地处高原地震带,基坑周围环境非常复杂。基坑支护采用地下连续墙+3道混凝土内支撑。为了避免内支撑拆除过程中造成基坑不规则变形,对周边构筑物、道路造成安全隐患,项目采用BIM技术辅助施工对内支撑拆除方案进行对比,对拆撑运输路线进行分析、规划,对拆撑工序进行三维模拟、可视化交底,做到降本增效,为项目创造了实际价值。
Eye of Spring Commercial Center Project is located in the seismic zone of plateau and the surrounding environment of the foundation excavation is very complicated.To avoid the irregular deformation of the foundation excavation during the demolition of the internal support,the foundation excavation was supported by the ground connecting wall and three concrete inner supports,which will be safety hazards to the surrounding structures and roads.BIM technology was adopted to assist the construction of the project by making comparison with the internal support demolition plans,and making analysis and planning of the demolition transportation routes.Three-dimensional simulation and visual disclosure were conducted in the demolition process,thus reducing the costs,increasing the efficiency,and creating actual value for the project。
