摘要
建立数据分析系统具有重要的意义,能够实现对数据的全面分析。笔者首先对大数据技术的特征及电力客户服务现状进行分析,在此基础上阐述了电力客户服务数据系统设计及相关技术应用措施。
It is of great significance to establish a data analysis system, which can realize the comprehensive analysis of data.Firstly, the author analyzes the characteristics of big data technology and the current situation of power customer service, and expounds the design of power customer service data system and relevant technical application measures.
